September 2, 2019

I just learned EVOKE won a Gold Medal in the YA-Mystery category at the 2019 Readers' Favorite International Book Awards.  (OMG!)

Readers' Favorite is one of the largest book review and award contest sites online, and features thousands of contestants from over a dozen countries, ranging from new independent authors to NYT Best Sellers and celebrities. The contest receives thousands of entries from all over the world, with more than 140 genre. Submissions from indie authors,  small publishers, self-published authors and titles from publishing giants like Random House and HarperCollins, compete alongside one another, which makes this win that much more sweet!

I am so honored to be in such great company and very proud of this little book that could.

If you want to see a list of  all the 2019 winners visit Goodreads, where they have curated titles into a list that makes it easy to add titles of interest to your TO READ list. And if you're an indie or self-published author, I encourage you to check out Reader's Favorite. They're an indie / self-published friendly community that can help you reach readers and reviewers.
